The Credits page is where you manage your prepaid balance, add funds, and configure auto top-up.

View balance

Your current balance is displayed prominently at the top of the Credits page.

Add funds

  1. Go to Credits in your dashboard
  2. Click Add Credits
  3. Enter an amount (minimum $10)
  4. Complete payment via Stripe

Auto top-up

Configure automatic refills to avoid running out of balance:
  1. Go to Credits
  2. Click Enable Auto Top-up (or Edit Auto Top-up if already configured)
  3. Set a threshold amount (balance at which to trigger a refill)
  4. Set a top-up amount (how much to add)
When your balance drops below the threshold, Lumenfall automatically charges your default payment method and adds funds.
Auto top-up requires a payment method to be configured.

Transaction history

The Credits page shows all balance-related transactions:
  • Top-ups — Manual credit additions
  • Auto top-ups — Automatic refills triggered by low balance
  • Usage — Credits deducted for API requests
  • Adjustments — Manual balance corrections
Each transaction shows the date, type, amount, and resulting balance.

Email notifications

Lumenfall sends email notifications to keep you informed about your balance:
  • Top-up successful — Confirmation when credits are added, including the amount and new balance
  • Top-up failed — Alert when a payment fails, with steps to resolve
  • Auto top-up triggered — Notification when auto top-up adds credits because your balance fell below the threshold
Emails are sent to the organization owner’s email address.
