Add a payment method
- Go to Billing in your dashboard
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details via Stripe’s secure form
- Save the payment method
Manage payment methods
You can add multiple payment methods to your account:- Set default — Choose which card is used for top-ups and auto top-ups
- Remove — Delete payment methods you no longer need
Your default payment method is used for auto top-up. Make sure to keep it up to date.
Payment transactions
The Billing page shows all payment-related transactions:- Successful charges — Payments that completed successfully
- Failed payments — Attempted charges that were declined
- Refunds — Any credits returned to your payment method

Lumenfall accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe, including:- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
