The Billing page is where you manage payment methods for topping up your account.

Add a payment method

  1. Go to Billing in your dashboard
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details via Stripe’s secure form
  4. Save the payment method

Manage payment methods

You can add multiple payment methods to your account:
  • Set default — Choose which card is used for top-ups and auto top-ups
  • Remove — Delete payment methods you no longer need
Your default payment method is used for auto top-up. Make sure to keep it up to date.

Payment transactions

The Billing page shows all payment-related transactions:
  • Successful charges — Payments that completed successfully
  • Failed payments — Attempted charges that were declined
  • Refunds — Any credits returned to your payment method

Supported payment methods

Lumenfall accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe, including:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
